By completing the transaction, transferring the congress fee, you are accepting our terms of sales.

Registration: You can pick up your tickets by showing your ID-Card (photo identity) or your passport at regular registration hours at the opening day of the event. Since every ticket is personalized, everyone has to pick up tickets in person. Without any document above, we’ll not hand out any tickets.

Workshops: You will then have entrance to the workshops according to your dance level which you have chosen, as well as to workshops which are meant for all levels. In addition, in case you are a female participant you receive automatically entrance into the entire ladies style workshop area.

Videos: We do support videotaping for private use, in case of intention for Blog or Homepage use, we would like to be noticed upfront and at least mentioned in the title as CUBAMEMUCHO Melbourne 2009. Videotaping only for private use, if in case video parts of the event or of the artists of the event are used publically you do need the written consent of the organizer upfront.

No Refund: Unfortunately due to time and economical restraints once you have ordered you are unable to cancel nor exchange your order with no one nor sell it to someone else since all tickets are personalized. You can use your tickets and any service package at the next Cubamemucho Melbourne 2010 however we’ll have to charge then an additional service fee of EUR 24,-. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

No Risk No Fun: To secure us and our congress team we would like to remind you that because of the size of the event and the number of people working on it we cannot be held responsible for the weather, the transport, accommodation, the classes, the artists or the evening performance. You are always dealing at your own risk and have sole responsibility. Because of too many influencing factors we can’t make any guarantees towards the workshop timetable or the teachers. Naturally we’ll be dealing to the best of our knowledge, conscience and capability.
